Registration and Check-In

Pick up your name badge at the Aurora registration desk on Level 2 of the convention center. Once you receive your badge, please wear it at all times. It is your ticket to educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall, and meals.

Awards Dinner

The AHP Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday at 6 pm. The event will honor AHP’s 2025 award winners, including the Hall of Honor recipients, the Innovation in Philanthropy Award winner, the newest AHP Fellows, and the 2025 40 Under 40 class. Attire is cocktail. 

New this year: the Awards Dinner is included in your full conference registration, but you need to let us know you're coming! Please RSVP at [email protected] if you haven't already done so to secure your seat.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Networking Roundtables

Other Things to Know

Allergic to Dogs?

There will be puppies in the Exhibit Hall as part of a wellness activity on Thursday from 12 -3 pm. If you have allergies or sensitivities to dogs, we recommend planning accordingly so you can enjoy your experience comfortably.

Session Prework

If you plan to attend Designing and Building a Successful Clinical Donors Stewardship ("Concierge") Program, please watch the introductory video before you arrive to ensure you are prepared for the session discussion. 

Industry Showcase Sessions

Thursday, 3:00-3:45 pm

The Industry Showcase features 45-minute sponsor-led sessions that spotlight new tools, services, and ideas to support your work. These sessions are intentionally sponsor-led and offered as part of our partnership opportunities. While not part of the peer-reviewed program, these sessions may offer useful insights, real-world examples, and emerging trends from our industry partners.

Express Talks

These 45-minute sessions offering focused, practical insights will take place in the Exhibit Hall at the Express Talk Stage and will feature headphones so you can clearly hear presenters in the midst of the busy hall.  

Share Table

Bring your extra brochures, newsletters, or other pieces to leave as examples for your peers—and pick up samples from other organizations to give you new ideas! You’ll find the share table near the registration desk.
