Important Hotel Notice:

The conference hotel is operating at full capacity leading up to and during the event. If your travel is significantly delayed, especially if you anticipate checking in after midnight or arriving a day late, please contact the hotel directly at (615) 889-1000 to confirm your reservation is held. Due to high demand, no-shows and cancellations may not be reinstated, and unconfirmed late arrivals may result in lost reservations. We recommend you call ahead to avoid any disruption to your stay.   

Registration and Check-In

Pick up your name badge at the Tennessee Registration Desk located on the 2nd floor of the conference center. If you are attending a pre-conference workshop, registration will be located in the Ryman Studio Foyer located on Level 0 in front of the Ryman Studio rooms. Once you receive your badge, please wear it at all times. It is your ticket to educational sessions, the Resource Hall, and meals.

Awards Dinner

The AHP Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday at 6 pm. The event will honor AHP’s 2026 award winners, including the Hall of Honor recipients, the Innovation in Philanthropy Award winner, the newest AHP Fellows, and the 2026 40 Under 40 class. Attire is cocktail. 

The Awards Dinner is included in your full conference registration, but you need to let us know you're coming! Please RSVP at this link if you haven't already done so to secure your seat. There is a limited capcity, but you will be added to the waitlist if seats fill up.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Pre-conference workshops take place on Wednesday, before the main conference begins. Email [email protected] to register. We ask that you register ahead of time as capacity is limited. If you have already registered for a pre-conference workshop, you will receive emails leading up to the conference with more details.

While not part of the peer-reviewed program, these sessions may offer useful insights, real-world examples, and emerging trends from our industry partners.

These 45-minute, TED-style sessions offer  a focused, conversational exploration of a timely topic or idea. Designed to be engaging and accessible, they prioritize key insights, fresh perspectives, and meaningful discussion over a deep dive into content.

CFRE Credits 

Did you know that every educational session counts toward your CFRE certification? Keep track of the points you earn throughout the conference with our CFRE Point Tracker. The tracker will be available shortly and will help you easily document your participation and educational credits. 

Share Table

Bring your extra brochures, newsletters, or other pieces to leave as examples for your peers—and pick up samples from other organizations to give you new ideas! You’ll find the share table near the registration desk.  

Session Materials 

Presentation slide decks and other session materials from conference sessions will be shared with attendees after the conference. This resource allows participants to revisit key takeaways, review content from sessions they attended, and explore materials from other conference presentations.  

On-Demand Recordings

Add On-Demand access to your registration to watch sessions you missed (or rewatch the ones you loved) after the conference is over.
