Learning Labs

Friday afternoon from 1 to 4 pm ET, join your peers for one of our Learning Labs where you'll take a deep dive into a topic. No extra charge–the Learning Labs are included in your conference registration. You have three options to choose from:

An Exploration of AI in Philanthropy hosted by Joshua LaBorde

Wrap up the conference by joining your operations colleagues as we explore the realm of cutting-edge philanthropy and fundraising innovation focused around AI. This interactive learning lab is delivered in 3 parts designed to provide a practical understanding of how AI is changing the fundraising landscape, examine benefits and pitfalls of leveraging AI, and investigate existing AI offerings.

Innovation hosted by Betsy Chapin Taylor, FAHP and Shannon Duval, FAHP, CFRE

Health philanthropy sits at the intersection of two fast-changing fields: healthcare and fund development. As such, leaders must be agile and proactive in interpreting where both fields are going and in mining for new opportunities to elevate impact and performance. The Innovation Lab is crafted to help your organization identify and advance potential strategic opportunities. Attendees should come ready to unpack opportunities, explore pathways to innovation, and discuss what needs to “go away” to make way for new initiatives.

Major Gift Officers hosted by Randall Hallett and Dana Casson

Built for entry and mid-level experienced gift officers (major, annual, planned giving), this highly interactive session is designed to instill confidence as well as share tactical principles on how to start and build better prospect/donor relations.
