The Summit will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Denver, the city's first and longest running AAA Five-Diamond hotel. The Ritz-Carlton has sold out, but there are alternate hotels within two blocks of the conference hotel including:

Transportation and Parking
The Ritz-Carlton Denver is approximately 45 minutes (26 miles) away from Denver International Airport (DEN). Uber and Lyft are readily available.
There is also a light rail train that runs between the airport and Denver’s Union Station downtown ($10 each way). The Ritz-Carlton is about a 15-minute walk from Union Station.
If you are driving to Denver, valet parking is available at the hotel for $64 daily. While self-parking is not available directly at the hotel, there are parking garages within a block.

When You Arrive
You'll find the conference registration desk on the Plaza Level, at the top of the Grand Staircase. Registration opens on Monday, March 18 at 7:30 am.
If you are attending the pre-conference workshop, breakfast opens at 8 am and the workshop begins at 9 am. If you are only attending the main conference, please check in no later than 4 pm, when the conference kicks off, to ensure you get the most out of your conference experience.
To ensure a smooth check-in onsite, we recommend that all conference registration invoices are paid in full before the conference begins. If you have an outstanding invoice, please contact 703-538-3159 or [email protected] for more information about how to make your payment.

Cohort Discussion Groups
Join us as we kick off the conference with engaging cohort discussions! To streamline the experience, all attendees have been pre-assigned to specific rooms. Upon arrival, visit our registration area to find a designated table where you can conveniently check your assigned cohort. With our event at full capacity, we kindly request that all attendees participate in their assigned cohorts for a seamless and enriching conference experience. Pre-Conference Workshop
Board and Volunteer Leadership in the Campaign
March 18 | 9 am-3pm
Designed for you and your volunteer leadership, including board members and campaign cabinet members, this pre-conference event features expert-led presentations, engaging panels, and plenty of time for discussion and Q&A.

Attire and Weather
Business Casual attire is appropriate for this event. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket, as hotel meeting space can sometimes feel a little chilly with the A/C.
Outside the hotel, the average March temperatures in Denver can be on the cool side, with highs of 59°F (15°C) and lows of 29°F (-1°C). Snow is common in March, as well.
