Arrival Information

Registration and Check-In

The conference takes place at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. When you arrive, check in with us at the registration desk at the Missouri St. Entrance on the Lobby Level.

Tuesday, June 10 from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

Wednesday, June 11 from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday, June 12 from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm

Attire and Weather

Attire is business casual. We also suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket. Hotel meeting rooms can sometimes be a bit chilly, and we want you to stay comfortable throughout the day.

In June, Indianapolis welcomes summer with average temperatures around 73°F, and daytime highs often reaching 82°F. Expect warm afternoons and mild evenings. Lightweight clothing is recommended, with a light layer for air-conditioned venues.

Meals

We've got you covered with breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, breakfast on Thursday, and plenty of refreshment breaks to keep you energized—all included with your registration. Plus, enjoy conversation and drinks during evening receptions on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Dinner times will be yours to enjoy on your own.

Your registration includes on-demand recordings of all conference sessions. You'll receive login instructions to access the recordings in the weeks after the conference.
